Position : Training Manager

Industry : Life Insurance

Channel : Up to 6.5L

Location : Bangalore

Role Summary:

Training Manager will be Responsible for Designing , Implementing and Monitoring training Programs for the Direct Channel Sales Team in Life Insurance Domain.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Deliver training modules for Direct channel sales Teams, Focusing on Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques.
Conduct Induction and refresher training sessions for new Hires and Existing Employees.
Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and align programs with sales Strategies.
Prepare Training calendars and ensure timely execution of programs across branches.

Key Skills / Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products , especially in the Direct Channel model.
Excellent communication, presentation, and Facilitation skills.
Min Graduate
Min 3-4 Yrs of Experience in Life Insurance Training.
