Training Manager

Role & responsibilities Employee & Partner Training: Conduct regular training sessions for employees and channel partners across the region on processes, sales skills, compliance, and customer service. Insurance Product Training: Deliver detailed training on all insurance verticals Life, General, and Health with focus on product features, benefits, regulatory norms, and claims processes. Onboarding & Induction: Lead onboarding and induction programs for new employees and partners to ensure effective integration into the organization. Training Calendar Execution: Execute region-specific training calendars and ensure timely completion of training goals and metrics. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with regional teams and management to assess training needs and customize content accordingly. Performance Monitoring: Track post-training performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement in training delivery and effectiveness. Regional Coverage: Manage training operations across five states – Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana – with regular travel as required. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Certification in Training or L&D is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in training, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. • Strong knowledge of Life, General, and Health insurance products. • Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory; knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage. • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. • Ability to travel extensively across the South Zone.
