Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for various IT roles, including Core Java, Advanced Java, Angular 8, TTT (Train the Trainer), OJT (On-the-Job Training), and other technical skills.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar to ensure effective delivery of training sessions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall performance.
