Position: Training Executive

Location: South Extension II, New Delhi

Job Description

• The role will lead and oversee the travel sales related training for Sales Team.
• Scheduled process training related to sales.
• The Training Executive will research, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training initiatives that promote people capabilities throughout the service organization.
• Plan and coordinate all onsite and virtual training activities of the Sales Team.
• Design and deliver training - both face to face and virtual training within time allotted.
• Monitors and evaluates training programs effectiveness, success, and outcome periodically.
• Plan, conduct and oversee Sales metric focused on-the-job coaching and scheduled training to improve the performance of Operations Team.
• Prepare presentations, reports, operations work etc.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Tourism or related
• Must have 2-4 years of sales experience with Travel Industry
• Must have knowledge of South East Asia countries (Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Malaysia, Vietnam, Maldives, Singapore etc.)
• Computer Savy
