Role Description We are seeking a full-time Travel Executive (International Tour package) for our branch office in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra. Job Description: Responsible for handling the travel leads / queries from online/offline sources (B2C), converting the leads, increasing customer engagement Customizing the itinerary & costing according to customer needs. Attending customer queries through emails and phone calls. Research, explore and study different travel destination options. Identify the business opportunities by prospects, research and analyzing sales options. Reviewing own sales performance, to meet and exceed targets.
