Role Overview: As a Training Manager with a minimum of 18-20 years of experience, preferably in NBFC/MFI sector, you will be responsible for managing the training and development function at a Pan India level. Your role will involve extensive travel across various locations in India. You must demonstrate autonomy in your work approach and possess strong leadership skills to effectively lead the training team. Your proficiency in Learning & Development tools, exceptional interpersonal skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English, and ability to motivate and coach others will be key for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the overall training and development function at a Pan India level - Lead the training team effectively - Demonstrate proficiency in various Learning & Development tools & technologies - Travel extensively across various locations in India Qualifications Required: - Graduate with a minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience in Training - Experience in NBFC/MFI sector is preferred - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English - Strong leadership skills - Ability to motivate and coach others Please note that this position is based at the Head Office in Kolkata.
