Training Coordinator

Experience: 3–5 years in an operations role or as a program coordinator
Preferred Industry Background:

• EdTech
• Learning & Development (L&D)
• Corporate Training Providers
• Higher Education / Academic Institutions

Operations Management

• Process tracking and improvement
• Vendor/partner coordination

Communication & Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Client-Facing Interaction

• Direct engagement with client stakeholders
• Managing client expectations and communication
• Providing regular updates and resolving issues/escalations

Tools & Platforms

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Exposure to LMS or EdTech platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
