Training Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Market Training Coordinator to manage, develop, and deliver our trading education programs. The candidate will oversee scheduling, curriculum development, trainer recruitment, trainee engagement, and program evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update stock market training modules and instructional materials in collaboration with subject experts
• Assess training needs through research, surveys, and performance data
• Schedule, organize, and facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online
• Manage training logistics including trainer onboarding, material distribution, and technology support
• Monitor and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate trainers; coordinate their ongoing development
• Report outcomes and maintain program records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
