Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage trainer schedules and availability to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Maintain accurate trackers for training sessions, trainer allocation, attendance, and feedback collection.
• Facilitate effective communication between trainers, participants, management, and external stakeholders.
• Support project teams by ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
• Handle conflicts or disputes among stakeholders with calmness, composure, and professionalism.
• Prepare and share reports on training/project progress, performance, and outcomes with management.
• Assist in logistics coordination, including venue, resources, and materials for training/project execution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a composed and calm demeanor under pressure.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in maintaining trackers and reports.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracker management.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, project management, or stakeholder management (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
• Prior experience in corporate training, education management, or project coordination will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
