Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions for the Global and Germany client locations.
  • Manage classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions in the LMS.
  • Collaborate with trainers to schedule and implement training programs effectively.
  • Track learning interests and develop training plans for the assigned location.
  • Create sessions, record attendance, and maintain accurate data in the LMS.
  • Ensure timely and effective service delivery in line with global standard processes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s degree
  • A certification in German language (minimum B2, ideally C1/C2 level) is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (verbal & written)
  • Understanding of business requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Clients
  • Soft skills: reliability, communication skills, ability to deal with repetitive work
