Training Coordinator

As a Training Specialist at Bringle Academy, your role involves mapping out training plans, designing and developing training programs for corporate and HR training. Your key responsibilities will include: - Choosing appropriate training methods such as simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes - Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information - Conducting organization-wide training needs assessment to identify skills or knowledge gaps - Using accepted education principles and staying updated on new training methods and techniques - Designing and preparing educational aids and materials - Assessing instructional effectiveness and summarizing evaluation reports - Partnering with internal stakeholders and liaising with subject matter experts - Maintaining an updated curriculum database and training records - Providing train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts - Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator, or coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting - Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation - Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools - Proven ability to complete the full training cycle - Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques - Proficiency in MS Office - Advanced organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments - Strong communication skills - BS degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field Please note that all your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.,
