Job Description

Design and deliver comprehensive training materials using SAP Enable Now and Microsoft PowerPoint to support a large-scale SAP transformation.
Create, update, and maintain a variety of learning assets, including system simulations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
Partner closely with Change Management teams, subject matter experts, process owners, and key stakeholders to ensure training solutions align with business needs and learning objectives.
Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and seminars in both formal classroom and virtual environments.
Evaluate and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning experience, including classroom setup, visual materials, course content, and instructor preparedness.
Develop and record end-to-end SAP simulations using SAP Enable Now and other tools such as Captivate and Vyond.
