Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Training and Quality Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, assessing quality metrics, conducting skill-enhancement sessions, and driving performance improvements. The role also involves creating quality assurance procedures, coaching team members, analyzing performance data, and ensuring the delivery of excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• 2- 6 Years of Experience in training programs, coaching, and facilitating employee development
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, process optimization, and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in documentation and reporting
• Leadership skills to manage teams, and the ability to mentor and motivate employees
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and improve performance inefficiencies
• Experience in the BPO or contact center industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or a related field
