Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs through reviews, skill-gap analysis, competency assessments, and supervisor inputs.
  • Plan and manage annual/monthly training calendars, onboarding programs, and multi-unit training operations.
  • Design and develop behavioral, functional, leadership, technical, safety, and statutory training modules.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, including soft skills, communication, team-building, and HR programs.
  • Create digital learning content such as e-learning modules, microlearning materials, and LMS-based courses.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training records, MIS, dashboards, and audit-ready documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, ISO/IATF, and company policy training requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback tools, Kirkpatricks model, ROI measurement, and performance impact analysis.
  • Develop competency matrices, individual development plans (IDPs), and support career/succession planning.
  • Coordinate with department heads and external trainers/vendors to align training with business goals and maintain quality.
