Training And Development Consultant

As a Learning & Development Consultant, your role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. You will be responsible for assessing organizational and individual learning needs, developing customized learning solutions, and driving a culture of continuous learning and development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assessing organizational and individual learning needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultations with business leaders. - Designing, developing, and delivering training programs (both in-person and virtual) aligned with business goals. - Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs. - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. - Collaborating with department heads and HR to implement learning strategies and career development initiatives. - Recommending and integrating modern learning tools and technologies, such as e-learning platforms and AI-based solutions. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of L&D trends, tools, and techniques. - Managing relationships with external vendors or training providers when necessary. - Supporting onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. - Proven experience (3-5 years) in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using LMS, training tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Certification in L&D, Coaching, or HR (e.g., CPLP, SHRM, ATD) is a plus.,
