As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. Here is a breakdown of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess organizational and individual learning needs by conducting job analysis, performance reviews, and consulting with business leaders regularly. - Design, develop, and deliver training programs (both in-person and virtual) that are in alignment with business goals. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. - Collaborate with department heads and HR to implement learning strategies and career development initiatives. - Recommend and integrate modern learning tools and technologies such as e-learning platforms and AI-based solutions. - Stay updated on the latest L&D trends, tools, and techniques. - Manage relationships with external vendors or training providers when required. - Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), training tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Certification in L&D, Coaching, or HR (e.g., CPLP, SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
