Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Should have experience in driving Training material creation initiative
  • Should have an experience in Defining strategy, designing templates, identifying backlog prioritize, Project Governance
  • Lead and manage project lifecycles for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Technology Relations objectives
  • Identify and implement new tactics to support overarching Technology Relations goals across multiple functions, leveraging cross-functional collaboration
  • Own the creation and maintenance of functional calendars and knowledge repositories to enhance team coordination and information sharing
  • Develop, uplift, and maintain playbooks documenting key areas of expertise for internal training and external knowledge sharing
  • Project Management Capabilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through closure, applying best practices in scope, schedule, and resource management
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders effectively
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues to keep projects on track
  • Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and problem solving skills
  • Prepare project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, and post-project reviews to support continuous improvement
  • Engage with senior leadership and C Suite stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering accurate, timely updates and deliverables
