Role Overview: As an educator, you will be responsible for developing and conducting lectures, facilitating skill labs, and leading practical sessions using a variety of teaching methods. Additionally, you will provide academic advising and career guidance to support students with resources to enhance their success. You will also conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, deliver constructive feedback, and provide timely grades. Furthermore, you will assist students in preparing portfolios, honing interview techniques, and conducting mock viva sessions, group discussions, and personality development activities. It is essential to maintain accurate student records, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to program planning.
