Role & responsibilities
Develop and conduct lectures, facilitate skill labs, and lead practical sessions; and employ a variety of teaching methods.Provide academic advising and career guidance; support students with resources to enhance their success.Conduct Assessment, Evaluate student performance; deliver constructive feedback and timely grades.Assist students in preparing portfolios and honing interview techniques, including mock viva sessions, group discussions, and personality development.Maintain accurate student records; participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program planning.
