Job Summary:

Software Testing Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Selenium, and other QA tools.
• Design, develop, and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on labs.
• Conduct offline (classroom) training sessions.
• Provide mentoring and support to students on projects, assignments, and career guidance.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in Software Testing and QA Automation.
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback and improvement plans.
• Customize training content based on corporate or individual client requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Bug/Defect Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Appium, etc.
• Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript preferred).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Git, Jenkins, and other QA tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in corporate training, technical training, or mentoring is a big plus.
• ISTQB or other testing-related certifications are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.

Prior experience as a Trainer/Instructor/Faculty in Software Testing.
