DMW CNC Centre is a not-for-profit organization established in 2003, with fully equipped training centers located in Perundurai, Hosur, and Chennai. Spanning an area of 50,000 sq. ft., the center has trained and placed 42,000 students over its two-decade legacy. DMW CNC Centre partners with renowned companies such as Makino, Ace Micromatic, Fanuc, and Siemens for CNC Programming and CAD/CAM training. The center also conducts skill development programs under Central and State Government schemes like PMKVY and DDU-GKY. Leadership includes five academicians turned entrepreneurs and two directors heading training center operations full-time.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer - Siemens NX located in Erode. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on Siemens NX, preparing training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, and evaluating trainees’ performance. The role also involves updating course content as per industry standards, collaborating with other trainers, and providing support to trainees to enhance their skills in CNC Programming and CAD/CAM.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Siemens NX and CAD/CAM software
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs and materials
• Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills
• Ability to evaluate and assess trainees' performance
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
