Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Udaipur. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Additional tasks include creating training materials, facilitating workshops, and offering support and guidance to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to create training materials and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• PG/Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
• Should have General Insurance experience.
• Training exposure in General Insurance company will be an added advantage.
