Key Responsibilities

Deliver sales training sessions to new hires and existing team members
Conduct skills gap analysis to identify training needs and performance improvement areas

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics

Maintain updated training records and prepare reports on training outcomes
Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive continuous improvement
