Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging training programs on network marketing fundamentals, including:
Prospecting and lead generation
Presentation and closing techniques
Duplication strategies and team growth
Compensation plan education
Leadership and mindset development
Host live and recorded webinars, in-person workshops, onboarding sessions, and personal coaching.
Create high-impact training materials: slides, scripts, videos, PDFs, and e-learning modules.
Support new distributors with onboarding and early-stage development to encourage fast starts.
Train and coach top leaders to enhance their ability to lead teams and train others effectively.
Align all training with the company’s values, products, compliance standards, and compensation structure.
Monitor training impact through KPIs like recruitment rates, sales growth, and retention.
Stay current on network marketing trends, digital prospecting tools, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
