Trainer Operations Manager

Role Overview: goFLUENT is a leading provider of distance language learning solutions with a diverse global presence. As a bilingual Trainer Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and productivity of the foreign language trainers based worldwide. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of trainers, overseeing HR aspects, and ensuring high-quality lesson delivery.
