Trainer Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of approximately 60 trainers based in Mauritius and globally, ensuring consistent and high-quality lesson delivery. - Ensure trainer compliance with internal KPIs and use data for decision-making and performance improvement. - Lead the trainer recruitment process and oversee HR aspects of the trainer team. - Coordinate with internal teams to address issues and conduct regular performance reviews of trainers. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of face-to-face managerial experience. - Bilingual in English and French. - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, multitask, and work under pressure. - Teaching or corporate training experience is advantageous. - Experience in multicultural environments is a plus. - University Degree required.
