Job Title: Trainer Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our voice sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong training delivery skills, a good grasp of adult learning principles, and a passion for developing talent in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective training sessions for voice process teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Undergo and successfully complete a presentation round as part of the selection process.

Utilize adult learning principles to design, implement, and evaluate training modules.

Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with operations to identify training needs and update content accordingly.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years experience in a voice sales process; experience from premium contact centers preferred.

Graduate in any educational discipline.

Prior e-commerce industry experience is an added advantage.

TTT (Train The Trainer) certification preferred.

Strong aptitude skills including reasoning, logic, and problem-solving.

Proficient in both oral and written communication.

Solid understanding of basic adult learning principles.

Proven ability to deliver effective feedback constructively.

Fluency in Hindi and English or a regional language.

Preferred Skills:

Certified trainer from a recognized organization

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving training environment

Tech-savvy with working knowledge of virtual training tools
