Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer in Fire & Security located in Mumbai. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on fire safety and electronic security systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting field services. Additionally, the Trainer will ensure proper maintenance and repair of systems while communicating effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of fire safety and electronic security systems is a plus
• Ability to conduct training sessions effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in working with low voltage systems is a plus
