Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Support Manager, located in Mumbai. The Area Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support functions within a designated area. Duties include coordinating with local teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, managing and resolving client issues, conducting regular performance assessments, and implementing strategies for service improvement. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and optimal operational efficiency.
