Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Science/Engineering preferred)
• TOT Certified Trainer under Green Jobs Sector Skill Council (mandatory)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Lighting Assembly or relevant renewable energy field.
• Experience in training, skill development, or vocational education preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical sessions for trainees as per the SGJ/Q0201 – Solar Lighting Assembly Qualification Pack.
• Deliver effective, engaging training sessions using appropriate training aids and assessment tools.
• Ensure alignment with the curriculum, learning outcomes, and industry standards.
• Conduct continuous assessment, maintain trainee attendance and performance records.
• Support candidates in understanding solar components, system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and quality standards during training.
• Coordinate with project coordinators, mobilizers, and monitoring teams for smooth implementation.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly training reports and documentation as required.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and lighting assembly process.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to motivate and guide trainees effectively.
• Practical exposure to solar product assembly and testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
