Job Description

As a Trainer - Electrician Domestic Solutions, your role involves conducting training sessions effectively as per the Approved Curriculum and Learning Plan (ACLP). You will need to ensure the active engagement of parents, local community members, and employers to support program delivery. It is essential to liaise with superiors and coordinate with public agencies, local authorities, and other entities regarding center memberships and partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating center activities with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures. You will also assist in preparing periodic reports and documentation on center progress, achievements, and other project-related updates. Supporting superiors in developing and implementing improved processes, evaluation methods, and action plans based on data analysis is also a key aspect of your role. Reviewing applications and other relevant documents independently or in coordination with the center team for decision-making is another important responsibility. Maintaining communication with stakeholders involved in center activities and projects, providing technical guidance and support to staff and trainees, and representing the center during events and projects are crucial tasks. Managing emergency situations and ensuring the smooth implementation of plans and logistics will also be part of your duties. Performing assigned tasks and program activities aligned with project deliverables, as well as monitoring and managing trainee attendance in adherence to program standards, are also expected from you. Qualification Required: - BE/Diploma/ITI in Electrical with 3-4 years of industry experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Training. Must be quality focused and encourage learner engagement. - High capacity for organization and coordination, as well as an ability to work with a high degree of independence in a team environment. It is crucial to possess core competencies such as being a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources to provide training. Capacity building and training skills are essential, along with fluency in English (both oral and written). Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills & facilitation skills are required. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are a must, as well as familiarity with the local language.
