Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery Based on QP/NOS:
- Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on training on electrical theory, circuitry, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate practical applications of electrical systems and equipment.
- Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Curriculum Development:
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises.
- Collaborate with the training team to design curricula that align with industry standards and certification requirements.
- Incorporate the latest industry trends and technological advancements into training programs.
- Assessment & Evaluation:
- Assess the skills and knowledge of trainees through tests, practical evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to help trainees improve their technical competencies.
- Track trainee progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and certification outcomes.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Emphasize and enforce safety protocols during training sessions.
- Ensure all training practices adhere to local and national electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct safety drills and review procedures regularly with trainees.
- Technical Support & Maintenance:
- Maintain and manage training equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Provide technical support during training sessions, including troubleshooting and maintenance of practical demonstration setups.
- Collaborate with technical teams to update or repair training facilities and equipment.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the electrical field.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously enhance professional knowledge.
- Provide feedback on training programs and suggest improvements for future sessions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in electrical safety, vocational training, or related areas are preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in the electrical field, including practical and theoretical aspects.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in a technical or vocational setting is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with modern training tools and e-learning platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex technical information in an accessible manner.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Patience, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Working Conditions
- Environment:

- Occasional travel to different training centres or job sites may be required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
