Trainer

As a Trainer specializing in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Git, and basic Figma, your role will involve mentoring and training students/interns in these areas. You will guide interns through real-world software project development, ensuring they gain hands-on exposure to industry practices and collaborative workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging training sessions on SDLC concepts, version control using Git/GitHub, and basic UI/UX prototyping in Figma. - Mentor and guide interns during software project development, from planning to deployment. - Design and structure project-based learning modules, ensuring practical implementation of concepts. - Monitor intern performance, assign tasks, and provide regular feedback. - Encourage best practices in collaborative coding, documentation, and testing. - Stay updated with the latest trends in software development, tools, and methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong understanding of SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and project workflows. - Proficiency in Git & GitHub for version control and collaboration. - Familiarity with Figma (basic UI/UX wireframing and prototyping). - Hands-on experience in software development projects. - Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. - Ability to lead and manage a team of interns effectively. Good to Have: - Knowledge of additional tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms. - Basic understanding of frontend/backend development frameworks. - Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or project lead.
