The role involves delivering training sessions to college students, school students, corporate interns, and freshers who have basic programming knowledge and are eager to upgrade their skills. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy teaching, learning, and working with young minds. Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct interactive training sessions for: College students School students Corporate interns & freshers Teach basic to intermediate programming concepts (as per curriculum). Explain concepts using real-world examples and practical exercises. Assist learners with: Hands-on practice Assignments and mini-projects Doubt clarification sessions Adapt teaching style based on student level and learning pace. Prepare training materials, presentations, and lab exercises. Maintain discipline and ensure engaging classroom sessions. Support students in career guidance and skill enhancement. Continuously upgrade personal technical and teaching skills. Eligibility CriteriaBasic knowledge of programming concepts (any one or more): Python / Java / C / C++ Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Data Analytics / AI / Robotics (added advantage) Strong interest in teaching, training, and mentoring. Good communication and presentation skills. Willingness to learn and upskill continuously. Freshers with good subject knowledge are welcome. Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
