About Us:

Dhwani Foundation is a Bengaluru-based trust working to strengthen the social sector by enhancing productivity and organizational capacity. Our initiatives span across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Jharkhand, and the North-East, supporting over 1,500 grassroots NGOs.

Role Purpose:

To design and deliver training programs for NGO founders, board members and staffs on various organizational development areas such as compliance, finance, HR, governance, MIS, program planning, leadership and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct need assessments and design training plans for partner NGOs
• Develop training content, reference materials, and handouts
• Deliver engaging workshops using participatory methods
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute training calendars
• Track participant engagement and assess training effectiveness
• Support partner NGOs through field visits and follow-up mechanisms
• Build a resource pool of experts and training materials
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in OD training

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years in the social sector, with minimum 5 years in training roles
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Tamil; additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and internet-based tools
