Job Description

Executive Trainer Job Responsibilities: Handle training operations for 6 Retail Dark Stores (within ~5 km distance each). Conduct onboarding, process training, and skill-based training for store staff. Ensure training on SOPs, inventory processes, customer handling, and safety guidelines. Track training attendance, performance, and share weekly reports. Coordinate with Store Managers and HR for training schedules and manpower readiness. Support new store launches with timely training delivery. Ensure continuous improvement and maintain training quality standards. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in training (Retail / FMCG preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Flexible to travel between stores.
