Job Description

NextGen iQ is an Australian education and training organisation delivering industry-relevant programs in Accounting and Taxation. We specialise in upskilling students and professionals to meet Australian standards through our Learning Management System (LMS) and live classes led by experienced trainers.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online and in-person training sessions in Australian Accounting & Taxation.
Deliver lessons on topics such as income, deductions, BAS, GST, depreciation, payroll, and superannuation.
Train students on the practical use of
Xero
and
MYOB
software.
Manage batch schedules, monitor student progress, and address individual learning needs.
Prepare and update training materials, assessments, and course content.
Provide guidance, resolve queries, and ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Report training outcomes and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Australian Accounting & Taxation.
Proficiency in
Xero
and
MYOB
(hands-on experience preferred).
Sound understanding of Australian taxation laws, including income and deduction rules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in
Kannada, Hindi, and English are mandatory
.
Strong presentation and mentoring skills.

Desirable:

Experience in Australian KPO or working with Australian accounting clients.
