Eligibility Criteria: 1. Has worked in ecommerce grocery environment with scale and challenges both at last mile operations (2-4 years' experience) 2. Preferably someone who has lived in respective city, understands the city dynamics 3. Managed a team of mid-size in previous experiences 4.Proficiency in Kannada language Job Responsibilities: Able to manage delivery fleet on ground to ensure on time delivery of orders. Work with SQ city teams to deliver best in class customer experience through delivery boys at the doorstep. Able to take decisions on ground keeping customer first. Handle last mile delivery cost, resources and drive the teams on ground to deliver the best. End to end ownership in terms of planning and execution of last mile operational tasks of the city or region. Able to negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and have a network or build network of last mile vendors Has innovating mindset to think differently and improve things so that overall customer experience is top notch Drive productivity at delivery boy level to minimize cost and run operations efficiently.
Qualification: BCOM/MCOM/MBA/CMA/CA Experience: 4-7 Years Job Responsibilities: This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas: Ensure Store Accounting and Prevent Revenue Leakage. Order Collection Reconciliation. Responsible for Store accounting of PAN India All cities. Preparation of Vendors Payout and Deductions such as Debit to Delivery Boys. New Store Opening (NSO), Store Commercials, Store Audits. Ready to Travel Stores from Time to Time for Audit, Closure of Accounts and Reviewing Store Controllers and process. Support in Accounting and Month end closure activities. Need to perform GST Returns and hence prior knowledge of GST is required. Timely Reporting of Cashback, Sales and Other KPIs to key stakeholders. Negotiation with Vendors of Last mile and Operations. Store, Accounting, Reconciliations, Reporting, GST, Store Audit, NSO, Vendor Payout, Delivery Boys Payout, etc. Required Skills & Competencies 4-7 years of Experience in Accounting with Advance Excel and People Management skills. Prior experience in Grocery, Retail or FMCG industry is preferred. Retails Stores, Omni-Channel or Warehousing knowledge along with accounting is also preferred Good Communication Skills Advance Excel, Power Query or Power Bi People Management Skills, Soft Skills Good Knowledge of Accounting, Journal Entries and Accounting Concepts.
