Trainer Acquisition Specialist

As a Trainer Acquisition Specialist at ##iamneo, a B2B Edtech Enterprise SaaS start-up specializing in Talent Upskilling, Talent Assessment, and Talent Transformation solutions for the ITeS, BFSI, and Education industries, you will play a crucial role in scouting and acquiring tech trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Your responsibilities include leveraging social media channels for direct sourcing, building a pool of SMEs & Tech Trainers, and maintaining accurate candidate documentation in the applicant tracking system. Your key responsibilities will involve demonstrating a deep understanding of talent needs, sourcing, engaging, and pipelining qualified candidates through various channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback. You will also be responsible for providing market data to support client needs, proactively identifying candidates for current and future positions, and making initial contact with candidates to understand their motivations and preferences. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in trainer acquisition across various hiring models. You should possess proven expertise in active talent sourcing, head-hunting, and using innovative techniques to engage passive talent. A strong network with technical trainers, content developers, and SMEs is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
