Training Program

Participate in a structured training program involving classroom learning and hands-on practical experience in blood bank operations.
Attend workshops and training sessions on blood collection, processing, and testing procedures.

Blood Collection

Learn and assist with blood collection techniques, including venipuncture and donor interviewing.
Gain knowledge of donor eligibility criteria, blood donation processes, and infection control practices.

Laboratory Testing

Assist in laboratory procedures such as blood typing, cross-matching, and disease screening.
Learn to operate and maintain laboratory equipment used in blood testing.

Quality Control

Support the maintenance of quality and safety standards for blood and blood products.

Documentation

Maintain accurate records related to blood collection, testing, and processing.
