Trade Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming

  counterparty settlement requests

  within pre-agreed timeframes.
• Serve as the primary

  point of contact

  for a portfolio of counterparties.
• Track performance against

  assigned KPIs

  for trade operations.
• Collaborate with

  Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams

  to meet client expectations.
• Ensure accurate execution of

  trades, transfers, and inventory reconciliations

  across internal subsystems and external systems (banks, custodians, etc.).
• Monitor daily inventory needs for

  settlement, lending, and borrowing activities

  , liaising directly with Treasury Management.
• Provide inputs to

  compliance and risk teams

  for designing practical controls within a changing regulatory environment.
• Adhere to

  established trade operations processes

  designed for regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate trade and settlement data.
• Perform

  internal and external reconciliations

  to ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and resolve breaks.
• Continuously improve reconciliation processes and identify gaps for process enhancement.
