We’re hiring Trainee Technicians to join our aircraft component maintenance team. This is your opportunity to begin a rewarding career in aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) — no prior work experience required.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, work alongside certified professionals, and gain real-world experience maintaining critical aircraft systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in disassembling, inspecting, testing, repairing, and reassembling:
• Galley and cabin equipment
• Aircraft batteries
• Radio and navigation components
• Learn to use tools and test equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Follow maintenance manuals, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate maintenance records using basic digital tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report any issues or irregularities to supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Aeronautical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• OR ITI qualification in Aircraft Maintenance, Electrical, or Radio trades
