Job Description

Hi, We are hiring for Trainee System Admin/IT Administrator - Hindi language required Technical Skills: Bachelor's Degree with 0-4 years of experience on Windows, Linux and networking. Working experience or training on Windows, Linux, networking and Active Directory. Installing IIS Server, FTP Server on Windows Server. Installing Apache Server, Mysql Server on Linux Desktop and Servers. Ability to perform root cause analysis of desktop issues Ability to install and configure desktop applications on Windows and Linux Good understanding of Networking Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in developers systems Ability to collaborate with a team working from different locations Strong communication skills Roles & Responsibilities: Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking issues Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions Conduct remote troubleshooting Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue Install and configure Windows and Linux desktop applications to meet user needs Record technical issues and solutions in logs Direct unresolved issues to the senior colleagues Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional Help create technical documentation and manuals Pls apply for the job in Naukri.com, we will check & update you.
