Job Description

Support the Finance team in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and special projects, gaining hands-on experience in real-world business operations
Assist in preparing financial reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership review
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational processes, ensuring alignment with Henkel s internal policies and global compliance standards
Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, helping identify areas for efficiency and improvement
Take ownership of assigned tasks, with guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Complies with Henkels internal guidelines, rules and regulations.

Motivated and high-potential students currently pursuing a degree in Commerce related disciplines, and eligible for industrial training as per ICAI regulations
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
A proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
