Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance (QA)

Assist in reviewing SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs.
Support documentation for regulatory compliance (GMP, WHO, USFDA, etc.)
Help with internal audits and CAPA implementation.
Monitor and maintain quality management systems (QMS).

2. Quality Control (QC)

Perform basic sampling, testing, and analysis under supervision.
Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, Dissolution Tester, etc. (training provided).
Assist in preparation of reagents, volumetric solutions, and reports.
Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure compliance.

3. Production

Understand the manufacturing process of tablets, capsules, ointments, etc.
Learn operations of granulation, compression, coating, and packing machines.
Follow safety and GMP norms on the shop floor.
Support documentation such as BMRs and logbooks.

4. Research & Development (R&D)

Assist in formulation development and pilot batch trials.
Conduct lab experiments under supervision.
Maintain experimental records and data sheets.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Basic understanding of pharma manufacturing / QA / QC / R&D / Production.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
Good communication skills and a keen interest in learning.
