Trainee Python Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Python Trainee to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python programming and a keen interest in web and backend development. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, adapt, and evolve their skills, especially in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

You will work closely with our experienced developers and technical leads on real-world projects, gaining exposure to modern development practices, frameworks, and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and backend APIs using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).


• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to code reviews and documentation.


• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following company standards.


• Learn and apply software engineering principles such as modularization, version control (Git), and RESTful API design.


• Support integration of backend services with front-end applications and third-party tools.


• Research and explore AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) under mentorship to prepare for future AI-based projects.


• Participate in regular training sessions, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals.


• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.


• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.


• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, or MongoDB).


• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.


• Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems logically.


• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with API integrations and asynchronous programming.


• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).


• Interest in exploring DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
