Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner to support key HR initiatives and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist in building a positive employee experience, driving engagement activities, supporting HR programs, and ensuring timely execution of HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dashboard & Reporting:
o Create and maintain HR dashboards for tracking key metrics (e.g., attrition, confirmations, Pending OKRs).
o Ensure timely collection, validation, and submission of HR reports from different stakeholders.
• Employee Connects & Engagement:
o Support planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement events and initiatives. o Assist in conducting regular employee connect sessions and follow-ups to address feedback and concerns.
o Address the employees queries.
• Lifecycle Events Tracking and Business Engagement
o Work on Excel sheets for tracking employee lifecycle activities such as confirmation due dates, probation extensions, etc.
o Follow up with business teams to ensure timely submission of employee related data and reports
