Job Title: Trainee Engineer - UI/UX

Location: Noida Ex- 0-1 year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Trainee Engineer to join our UI/UX design team. As a Trainee Engineer, you will work closely with senior designers and developers to learn the art of crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will contribute to the design process and gain hands-on experience with various design tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create seamless user experiences.
Participate in user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Ensure consistency in design by adhering to design guidelines and brand standards.
Provide support in the development of design documentation and user interface specifications.
Troubleshoot and debug UI/UX issues.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design practices.
Learn about responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across different screen sizes and devices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other prototyping tools.
A strong desire to learn and grow in UI/UX design.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly.
Passion for user-centered design and creating great user experiences.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not required).

Desired Skills:

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work (personal projects, school projects, or internships).
Familiarity with design systems and design consistency across platforms.
Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
Experience with usability testing and analyzing feedback.
