We are looking for motivated Industrial Training Institute (ITI) graduates in Mechanic or Automobile trades to join our workshop as Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical, hands-on experience in the field of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). The successful candidates will undergo a one-month, fully-paid training program in Delhi to build foundational skills. Following the training, Trainees will work under the supervision of experienced technicians, assisting with daily operations related to CNG vehicle conversions and testing in Thrissur. A mandatory 1.5-year (18-month) bond is required to ensure a dedicated commitment to learning and growth with our company. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Technical Tasks: Support senior technicians and supervisors with various workshop duties, including CNG hydro testing, vehicle conversion, and regular maintenance procedures.
• Learn Installation Procedures: Aid in the installation of CNG system components, such as cylinders, piping, regulators, and other essential equipment, while following strict safety guidelines.
• Maintain Tools and Equipment: Assist with the upkeep, cleaning, and organization of workshop tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations within the workshop at all times.
• Perform Basic Automotive Duties: Carry out fundamental mechanic and automotive tasks under guidance to develop practical skills.
• Learn through Observation: Actively observe and learn from experienced team members to master technical skills and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: ITI certification in Mechanic or Automobile trades.
• Experience: Freshers are required.
• Training: Must be available for a one-month training period in Delhi. The company will cover all necessary expenses.
• Bond: A 1.5-year (18-month) employment bond is mandatory.
• Skills:
• A strong eagerness to learn and develop practical skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or automotive principles gained through the ITI course.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning on the job.
