Role Overview

3-month internship

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stack Skills’ student packages to parents & students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Report daily activities and performance to the team lead.

Compensation & Career Growth

Internship (First 3 Months) :

Post-Internship (Full-Time Role):

• 1st Year CTC:

  ₹3.9 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1.2 LPA (Variable)

• 2nd Year CTC:

  ₹4.9 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1.2 LPA (Variable)

• 3rd Year CTC:

  ₹7.4 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1.2 LPA (Variable)

Total 3-Year Package (excluding internship): ₹16.2 L Fixed + ₹3.6 L Variable = ₹19.8 L
